First, they do not guarantee their products and they told me the vender Western Digital has no guarantee on Hard Drives. Secondly, when I called them they said they would E-mail me an RMA number to do the return. I did not get with the intention of number so I called back in ten days; and was told sometimes it takes longer. Irrevocably; with nearly a month I was told they do not accept defected products back. I was told this was not their policy but this is Western Digital policy. I have dealt with Western Digital in the earlier period and they have always exchanged hard drives. This may maybe be a new policy with the intention of Western Digital has implemented but I doubt it. The product was bought as new a I contacted PC World the same day I received the hard guide in fact two hours with I had received it. They told me I may maybe have place a virus on the Hard Guide but this is nearly imposible because it was a Hard Guide for a PC mainframe and it took me an hour to get the mainframe apart, then another hour to find out the Hard Guide would not work.
